Amie is a member in good standing of the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association as a Registered Professional Counsellor - Candidate.

Amie offers a compassionate, person-centered and existential approach to help you better understand yourself and what you’re going through in your life. She wants everyone to feel safe both emotionally and physically, and she’s passionate about forming a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and respect with each client. Amie caters her approach to you to ensure that the care for your mental health is based off of you individually. She takes into account your history, how you learn, and the goals you have for yourself and your mental health.

Amie specializes in working with children, pre-teens and teenagers and their families, couples, grief/loss and anxiety.

Lisa is a Registered Social Worker and has been in the Counselling industry for over 20 years. Lisa is a soft, kind hearted and compassionate Counsellor who uses a myriad of approaches to ensure the best fit for her client. She uses a wide range of counselling methods including, but not limited to, person centred therapy, solution focused therapy, psychosocial theory of development, CBT, and narrative therapy.

Lisa has the wonderful ability to support and connect with clients, allowing a safe space to explore their world, setting goals specific to her clients, and creating an environment for growth. She believes in effective communication with her clients, being accessible, and developing authentic rapport. Lisa will be with you in your lowest of the lows, and celebrate the highest of your highs, while holding you accountable to your role in both the positive and negative aspects of your life.

Kelly Wilson is a member of good standing with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (#13912) and has her MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She also has a degree in social work from the University of Calgary.

Self-discovery and growth is a life long journey and Kelly believes that change can be achieved by using a variety of evidence-based, client-centred, holistic techniques and therapeutic modalities which considers the mind, body, and spirituality of an individual. Working in collaboration with you, Kelly will develop counselling strategies that are tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. Through your personal insights, you and Kelly will identify your strengths and create new skills that will enable you to cope with life’s challenges in a healthier and more meaningful way.

Kelly believes that a person’s physical and mental health go hand in hand, so it is vitally important to live the most balanced life a person can. With that in mind, when Kelly is not busy accompanying others in their journey, you can find her out in nature either hiking, kayaking, or camping, at home reading a good book, or spending quality time with her friends and family.

Becky has extensive experience in working with children, youth and families. She has had the honour of working with children and youth within the school system for fifteen years. Becky has a passion for improving the lives of children and youth, builds them up and supports them through a wide variety of struggles and challenges that they face.

Robin has extensive experience in working with children/youth, individuals, couples and a wide range of family dynamics. Her multiple years counselling has allowed her to gain an understanding that each person is an individual, and she treats you as such. No matter where you are when you meet with Robin, she will cater a plan that works for you!

When you have a session with Robin you will receive a strong support system, a compassionate place to land, and you will always feel safe with her. She believes in open communication between client and Counsellor, which empowers each client to have control over their experience. Although the counselling experience may have you feeling uncomfortable at times, Robin will never cross your boundaries and will always go at your pace.

Robin is excited to be part of the community and learning new things and having new experiences locally. Robin has visited on a regular basis to go skiing with her husband, but now she is excited to call this wonderful place home! And she’s even more excited to meet you!
